We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 60-day return policy, beginning from the date you receive your order.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us with the following information:

• Your order number
• Your desired action (refund, exchange, etc.)

Shipping Your Return

Once your return has been approved, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the unit back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item — typically within 24 hours. After inspection is complete, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

We make every effort to get your package out the door as quickly as possible. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 3–5 business days.

All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Warranty

The Arctic Rest 4 comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
